Dear Parents and Pupils,

In conjunction with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the school (CME Department and Aesthetics Department) is organizing a Creative Lantern Making Competition to celebrate the colourful festivity. The competition is open to all levels. As the pupils are allowed to work on the lantern with their family, we hope that it will be a great opportunity for family bonding and cohesiveness. This will also encourage creative adrenaline as well as to promote the rich Chinese culture heritage. This year, we also take the opportunity to inculcate in students strong environmental consciousness with the use of
recyclable materials.

There will be attractive prizes for all winners! We look forward to your participation. The lanterns will be on display after Sept Holidays at Poi Ching School. Interested students can obtain the application form from your Art teacher.
