Overview

The strategic thrust of Poi Ching School Band is crafting its foothold for excellence towards aesthetic arts. Their talented members believe that music anatomizes an invincible world stage which bonds the community to art.

The band is enthusiastic to explore new frontiers in band performance and continuously seek to pass on the contagious passion for music. To achieve this, the band performs extensively at numerous venues, for school functions and outdoor venues.

Under the brilliant direction of their Band Director Mr Winston Aw, our 80-member strong team has clinched Silver Awards in the 2006 and 2008 Singapore Youth Festivals (SYF).
